According to police scanner traffic, CPD responded about 7 a.m. for reports of a criminal sexual assault inside the garage.

It appears the suspect ran off to a nearby CTA Red Line train heading south, while witnesses chased after him.

Chopper 7 captured video of an arrest outside a Red Line station that could be connected to the incident.

The garage appeared to be open later Monday.

This is a developing story; check back with ABC7 Chicago for updates.
