From U.S. currency to his presidential library skyscraper, here’s a look at all the Trump-branded projects in the works

President Trump shared a video on social media this week showing architectural renderings of his future presidential library and museum.

The two-minute clip posted to Truth Social on Monday included images of a Trump-branded skyscraper that has a golden entrance adorned with the presidential seal and is topped with a red, white and blue spire towering over the Miami skyline. Inside, Air Force One and other aircraft are on display alongside a golden escalator similar to the one at Trump Tower.

The renderings, which appear to be AI-generated, were produced by Miami-based architecture firm Bermello Ajamil. It’s unclear whether they represent the final designs. A website for the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library Foundation, TrumpLibrary.org, is soliciting donations but reveals no additional information about its plans.

Trump, though, suggested it will be a hotel rather than a presidential library.

“I don’t believe in building libraries or museums,” Trump told reporters on Tuesday when asked about the video. “It’s going to be most likely a hotel, this concept. Could be [an] office, but it’s most likely going to be a hotel with a beautiful building underneath and a 747 Air Force One in the lobby.”

The structure is one of more than a dozen projects — completed or in the works — that include Trump’s name, image or likeness, as the president and his supporters look to burnish his legacy.

Here are some of them.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed legislation on Monday for the Palm Beach International Airport to be renamed the President Donald J. Trump International Airport. The name change is set to take place in July, but Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said that the Federal Aviation Administration was already working on changing the airport code from PBI to DJT.

A stretch of road from the airport to Trump’s nearby estate, Mar-a-Lago, was recently renamed Donald J. Trump Boulevard.

Last week, the U.S. Treasury Department announced that Trump’s signature will appear on U.S. paper currency — a first for a sitting president — in honor of the country’s 250th anniversary.

“There is no more powerful way to recognize the historic achievements of our great country and President Donald J. Trump than U.S. dollar bills bearing his name,” Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said in a statement announcing the move.

Trump’s signature will appear alongside Bessent’s, replacing the signature of the U.S. treasurer, whose name has been next to the secretary’s for more than a century.

According to Reuters, the first $100 bills with Trump’s signature will ‌be printed in June, followed by other bills in subsequent months.

Commemorative gold coins

Last month, a federal arts commission voted to approve a commemorative 24-karat gold U.S. coin depicting Trump with his fists clenched and leaning over a desk.

The Commission of Fine Arts, which is made up entirely of Trump appointees, said that the design of the coin was personally approved by the president.

“I think the larger the better, and the largest of that circulation, I think, would be his preference,” Chamberlain Harris, Trump’s executive assistant and a member of the commission, said before the vote.

According to the Washington Post, such gold coins from the U.S. Mint typically sell for several thousand dollars.

The Treasury Department, which oversees the mint, said the coin is one of several with Trump’s likeness meant to commemorate the nation’s 250th anniversary. The design of a $1 coin depicting Trump with his fist raised after his 2024 assassination attempt and the words “FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT” at the top, was unveiled by the treasury last fall.

But critics, including some legal experts, argue the coins violate an 1866 federal law that states “only the portrait of a deceased individual may appear on United States currency and securities.”

The Trump-Kennedy Center

In December, Trump’s handpicked Board of Trustees at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., voted to add his name to the performing arts venue, which Congress originally enshrined as a living memorial to John F. Kennedy. Trump is the board’s chairman.

A day after the vote, workers used hydraulic lifts to change the name on the facade to read: The Donald J. Trump and the John F. Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts.

Critics, including historians, Democratic lawmakers and members of the Kennedy family, decried the move, arguing that only Congress can change the name.

Kerry Kennedy, a niece of John F. Kennedy, said in a post on X that she will remove Trump’s name herself with a “pickax” when his term ends.

Last week, Rep. Joyce Beatty, a Democrat from Ohio, filed a motion in federal court in Washington, D.C., seeking to reverse the name change.

The White House scoffed at the request.

“The newly named Trump-Kennedy Center proudly recognizes President Trump’s incredible contributions including strengthening its finances, leading major building upgrades, removing divisive woke programming and transforming it into a welcoming destination that everyone can enjoy under his leadership,” White House spokeswoman Liz Huston said in a statement. “Only deranged Democrats could oppose these efforts.”

Trump Gold Card

The Trump administration announced the launch of the Trump Gold Card in December, offering a pathway to U.S. citizenship for foreigners who pay $1 million to expedite their visa applications.

“Basically, it’s a green card but much better,” Trump said at the time.

The cards themselves feature Trump’s official portrait flanked by the Statue of Liberty and an eagle, alongside the president’s signature.

To apply, people must pay a nonrefundable $15,000 processing fee to be vetted by the Department of Homeland Security. After passing a background check, those who contribute $1 million will “receive U.S. residency in record time,” according to the TrumpCard.gov website. As lawful permanent residents, cardholders will be eligible for citizenship through naturalization after five years.

“A $1 million gift upon completion of the individual’s vetting is evidence that the individual will substantially benefit the United States,” the website states.

TrumpRx

The Trump administration in February unveiled TrumpRx, a new government website where Americans can find discounts on brand-name prescription drugs if they pay cash rather than use health insurance.

“It’s the biggest thing to happen in health care, I think, in many, many decades,” Trump said at a launch event in the Oval Office.

At launch, there were 43 drugs available through TrumpRx, including weight loss meds such as Ozempic and Wegovy, from five pharmaceutical companies that struck deals with the Trump administration. The White House said that 11 additional companies will offer discounts on their drugs via TrumpRx in the coming months.

Dr. Mehmet Oz, administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, said that Trump was not involved in picking the name.

“We thought it had a catchy element to it,” Oz said.

Trump Accounts

Trump Accounts, long-term savings accounts for babies born during the president’s second term, are set to launch on July 4.

For parents of American babies born between 2025 and 2028, the federal government will put $1,000 in a tax-deferred savings account, according to its website. The accounts are “fully in your child’s name, and you are the sole custodian until they turn 18.”

Trump touted the program, which was included in his “One Big, Beautiful Bill” passed last summer, during his State of the Union speech in February.

“This is something that’s so special, has taken off and gone through the roof,” Trump said, claiming that the accounts “could grow to over $100,000 or more” by the time the children turn 18.”

“I didn’t name it,” he added. “Nobody believes me, but I did not name it.”

‘Trump-class’ warships and F-47 warplanes

Late last year, Trump announced the construction of a new “Trump class” of warships that he said will anchor a new “golden fleet” for the U.S. Navy.

At the White House, the president unveiled renderings of a “TRUMP CLASS USS DEFIANT” warship, which he called “a battleship.”

“They’ll help maintain American military supremacy, revive the American shipbuilding industry and inspire fear in America’s enemies all over the world,” Trump told reporters.

The president has long criticized the look and size of the Navy’s current fleet, which he described as “old and tired and obsolete.”

Last year, Trump revealed that the U.S. Air Force’s newest jet would be named the F-47. When announcing the contract with Boeing, Trump, the 47th president, called it a “beautiful number.”

National Park passes

In January, the Department of the Interior unveiled newly designed $80 America the Beautiful passes for access to national parks this year, featuring Trump alongside George Washington — again, part of the administration’s efforts to commemorate the country’s upcoming 250th anniversary.

Some pass holders have taken to covering up Trump’s face with stickers. The Interior Department subsequently updated its rules to state that alterations, including stickers, could invalidate the pass.

Last week, HBO host John Oliver launched a website with printable sticker designs — including the heads of former Presidents Bill Clinton, Richard Nixon and Jimmy Carter, along with a bear, squirrel and lizard — to obscure the president.
